It is a correct saying that excess of anything can never give benefit. Everything has
a prescribed or defined limit due to which the excess of that thing can be harmful rather than being beneficial.
While talking about the limit, it is noteworthy that many of our fellows do not have any prescribed limit for their
eating habit. Although eating is necessary in order to survive but eating too much can make it difficult to
survive. The saying is very relevant in this regard, it is, do not live to eat but eat to live.

that there is a growing issue of cholesterol that has to do a lot with food and eating. Many of our fellows prefer
too much fat food and due to this habit of extensive use of fats in one’s diet leads towards too many body diseases
and out of all, the most common issue of cholesterol. Fats are always difficult for the body to digest and however
if once digested, these fats accumulate in different parts of the body and due to this persistent and continuous
accumulation of the fats, the problems of obesity and cholesterol levels arise.

Cholesterol is something that initiates a lot of problems in the body and so therefore
our fellows should adopt those habits and plans due to which they can easily have Low
Cholesterol Levels in their body. So we were talking about fats and fatty food. Now
once accumulated in the body, it further gets difficult for the body to easily burn the
fat due to the fact that burning off fats in the body needs a lot of oxygen and
physical heat, that can only be achieved by the process of tough physical

Another aspect of fatty foods and fats is that they block the tiny blood vessels and
especially those vessels that are situated and connected to the main body organs, like heart and kidneys etc. These
blood vessels once blocked with cholesterol suffer from the problem of blood flow resistance due to which it gets
difficult for the blood to move towards different parts of the body and especially those different body parts where
blood is really required with great frequency. The blockage of blood in the blood vessels lead towards two main
problems. First problem created due to the blockage of blood in blood vessels is that when the blood faces
resistance in those vessels, the pressure of blood makes those vessels inelastic and damages them while exerting
outward pressure. Apart from this first problem, another issue that rises due to blood flow blockage is that it
gets difficult for the blood to move into the required areas and due to this delay in blood circulation towards
other required body areas create specific and serious problems in those body regions. So therefore it is understood
that Low Cholesterol levels can help in proper blood circulation. So always try to attain Low Cholesterol
Levels.
