Keep The Fat Content Low
In this time of technological advancement, we have gained much but also lost much. There
are many areas where the human race has demonstrated excellence, for example, we have developed machines that do
most of the work for us that we used to do in the past, we have made pesticides that save our crops from the
attacks of pests and other insects. We have conquered the space around us and reached as far as the moon but where
we have lost is actually the sound health that we used to have in the past.
This era of scientific advancement has not only made us rely more on
machines and so become lethargic but has also created such an environment that has resulted in more workloads
for the working class that is usually coupled by higher levels of stress. The people have become so busy that
they are always in a rush and are so busy in earning money for large corporations, that they cannot even spare
time for them to sit and eat properly. The majority of the working class depends for its lunch on junk food,
which is a High Triglycerides Diet. This increases the level of triglycerides in the body, which ultimately
raises the total blood cholesterol levels and this can cause health problems of severe nature.
Triglycerides are the combination of three molecules of fatty acids coupled with a
molecule of glycerol. This molecule is designed to provide the body with energy that is twice the amount provided
by glucose or protein. Although triglycerides are needed for several important functions such as the production of
bile, hormones and chemicals that take care of the skin, too much of it could be dangerous as it has the propensity
to stick to the surface of the muscles and organs. This means that in order to keep their levels low one must take
regular exercise and refrain from using a High Triglycerides Diet.

The best way to reduce the triglycerides
level is to take regular exercise. This will burn off all the excess calories and allow
the person to maintain a nice and healthy body. But we find that many of our fellows do
not prefer exercise as they lack the will to do so. For them, even taking a brisk walk
can do the job if they don’t like the sweat and tears of the fitness club. Even walking
for twenty minutes or taking a ten minutes exercise can drastically bring down the
levels of triglycerides without the need to take any medicine at all.

The other way is to stop using a High Triglycerides Diet. This could be easily achieved by
cutting back on all the oily stuff, such as potato chips, burgers, pizzas, butter, cheese, whole milk and dried
fruits, just to name certain famous sources. These could be replaced with vegetables, boiled food and fresh fruits
and juices in the daily diet. The use of certain fruits such as the Acai berry and the Noni berry provides
antioxidants that help in the fast burning of triglycerides and therefore reduce their levels back to
normal.
