Proper Food At Proper Times
Food is very precious and the preferred thing for many of our fellows. In other words many
people have the hobby to cook and eat. Eating food is not bad until and unless that food becomes the cause for many
diseases and problems. Eating is not only necessary to maintain the body system but also plays a vital role in
making a healthy body structure. The human body needs a lot of requirements like, vitamins, minerals,
proteins, carbohydrates and many other essential acids in order to survive.
Some of the requirements of a body are such that they are needed by the
body on a daily basis while the others are needed on some timely basis apart from being needed daily. However
this must be kept in mind that eating habit, apart from helping in maintaining a healthy body, can also
creates so many body problems and diseases.
As far as eating is concerned, this must be kept in mind that it is always necessary for one to have a
breakfast in order to avoid so many stomach and indigestion problems. Unfortunately many of our fellows do not have
the habit or they do not feel the need to have a breakfast and this habit eventually becomes the cause for so many
problems. Now as far as dinner is concerned, again it is highly recommended and advised to have a proper dinner as
the human body always needs something present in the stomach at night, in order to prevent so many diseases and
bodily issues.
Again it is unfortunate that too many people do not eat something at night or in other words they do not
feel the requirement to take something at night. But on the other hand we have noticed so many people who like to
eat too much at night or they have the habit to totally fill up the stomach at night and not care that too
much food at night can create severe health problems. So please it is very important to have a dinner but it is not
a good habit to eat too much at night time.
Another important thing to be made aware of is that try to avoid High Cholesterol Foods at night as we
know that High Cholesterol Foods give rise to blood pressure and other heart problems. Now apart from the breakfast
and dinner, lunch is another issue that needs some discussion and debate.
As far as eating at day time is concerned, it is good to have something as lunch but the lunch should be
not much in quantity. A light burger or a sandwich is enough to be taken as lunch because the more will you eat at
day time, the more will it be difficult for you to have your dinner at night. So at day time always try to eat
something but do not try to eat too much.
Therefore it is recommended that proper breakfast, proper lunch and a balanced
dinner without much High Cholesterol Foods is important for everyone.
